You need to wait and see what the new requirements will be. They are likely to change a lot. You can write career episodes from your undergraduate years to demonstrate engineering competencies. You can pick out particular parts of your work where you have been involved in engineering activities for a CER. With weak experience you will struggle to get a job in Australia.
