I have scored an overall band score of 7 in IELTS i have scored 8 in two sections, 7 in one section and 5.5 in another section….So i was wondering do i still qualify to be in the critical skills list for Accountants??????

Adrian – You must do better than 6 in all categories. You can sit the test again to pick up the unit you failed in within two years. I cannot see accountants on the critical skills list. There are a large number of financial people out of work!

I’ve submitted my IELTS TRF where the 3 componets was band 7 each and reading was 5.5, then i was denied the STNI Visa becuase of IELTS. Could i take the test again and resubmit a new IELTS results where the band 6 requirement is met? My nominated skill is Accountant.

Krizzy – You can take the test again within 2 years to improve on the reading score. Accountants are not on the critical skills list so your chances of a new application may not be good. Talk to a migration agent.

    sir
is state sponsorship have same priority order in processing as state migration plan agreed by minister

Garry – A state migration plan is a specific nominated program which may be introduced from time to time by a government. (I do not know of any). A plans priority is likely to take precedence over general sponsorship
