Concentrate on developing high skill levels in your discipline. If you are doing road design 12d and similar packages would be useful. knowledge of a 3D package such as Smartplant would be useful. As you have AutoCAD I would not bother with microstation too much. Developing your MS Office skills to a high level will be time well spent. If you front up to a prospective employer and tell them you have a knowledge of a wide range of software packages they will start to wonder if your interest is playing with software or applying software tools to do real engineering.
