Tribus Lingua means your tribe's language
and our mission is to bring about change in other cultures.
The company was formed after Ailís Logan arrived in Australia and experienced first hand the challenges new migrants face when trying to find work in Australia.
Australian’s believe in a “fair go” which means everyone gets a chance to succeed but the reality is often disappointing for new migrants and International Students.
We have proved that whether you are an IT engineer from India, an International student from Hong Kong or a senior executive from South Africa you can succeed in achieving the life you dreamed of in Australia when you know how.
Ailís Logan, founder has lived and worked in 7 countries including Australia. When she first arrived in Australia she could not understand why people she met including senior executives from Europe were facing difficulties getting work in Australia. Fifteen years in the world of globalization with five years running a cutting edge software company in Asia afforded Ailís the opportunity to develop expert knowledge of what employers look for when hiring. Accustomed to interviewing and working with people from all over the world, Ailís set out on a mission to discover what it takes to succeed in Australia.
Building a team of best selling authors (from all over the world), rebels with a cause, writers, designers, geeks, internet gurus and researching directly with Australian employers and government representatives, Tribus Lingua has developed a team of people who believe they can change the world.
Tribus Lingua…We Translate Your Career into Australian!
"Tribus Lingua. Speaking the language of the Australian workplace.

Leslie Chua
— tenacious, tri-lingual “top gun”
Leslie is living proof that networking works. After moving from Malaysia to Australia in search of a more affluent, fun life for his family, he changed his name from Chee Kiong to save valuable time in teaching us how to pronounce it.
Then he strutted about town introducing himself, in lots of different languages, as “Top Gun” and it wasn’t long before he tripped over the team from Tribus Lingua.
We kneel on the floor and bow our heads to the talent that Leslie brings to Tribus Lingua. Production. Product & business development. Multinational sales. He has as many hats as vocabularies, which include English, Malay, Cantonese, Hokkien and Mandarin. Having secured and managed major accounts for the likes of Sony, Matsushita and Unilever across 17 countries worldwide, there isn’t much Leslie doesn’t know regarding the needs and wants of different cultures in business.
We’re delighted to have Leslie on the Tribus Lingua team.
